HOTEL COMPLEX IN KALAVRYTA, ACHAIA, GREECE
The project deals with the integration of a hotel complex into the region of Kalavryta, on a steeply sloping plot overlooking the town. The particular nature of the region required the study of Achaia's traditional architecture in order for the project to be in harmony with its surroundings. A tortuous path starts from the access road and connects with the village. The main building is placed at the upper section of the plot and it includes the essential hotel functions. In the lower section, the independently operating suites are settled.

ROOM TYPES
A hotel is successful when it serves its guests and make them feel at home. Whether on a business or family trip or just to get away for a few days, individuals and families alike look forward to resting and getting away from the daily routine of life when they enter a hotel. There are eight different room types in the hotel that one can choose from, depending on the amenities needed.
SUMMER HOUSE IN CRETE, GREECE
Oriented towards the bay, the summer residence is developed in two levels. The first floor includes a living room, dining area, study area, an open-plan kitchen, guests' bathroom and a utility room. A breakfast bar separates the cooking from the eating area. To make the room feel bright and airy, the walls were kept white. On the second floor there are three bedrooms with en-suite bathroom and a balcony overlooking the wonderful view. The house is spacious enough to accommodate a family and their guests as well as vast outdoor space for socialising and relaxing.
FAMILY RESIDENCE IN CHALANDRI, ATHENS, GREECE
The task is to make strategic interventions into this new-build apartment interior. Located in Chalandri, the apartment includes an open-plan upgraded kitchen, a cosy patio - protected from the prevailing wind and three bedrooms with ensuite bathroom. The key feature of the apartment is the kitchen that stands out and creates a contrast with the grey and white shades. A floor-to-ceiling partition made from translucent patterned glass blocks creates a separation between the main entrance and the patio.
LOFT REFURBISHMENT, MYKONOS, GREECE
At this property the cramped loft space was tranformed into a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom. The old fitted furniture was removed to create space and light, cement floor screed was chosen to balance the white finish of the walls and ceiling. A spacious bathroom was created with a wet-room style shower, a stone basin and an oversized mirror that spreads light and creates a sense of space.

The project includes a 130-seat theatre, a dance studio and school, an exhibition centre devoted to modern dance and a costume shop. One main eight-level building is the result of the combination and conjuction of smaller volumes and cubes. A grid of columns supports the overall construction while the materials used are metal, concrete and wood. The priority is to maximise functional movement and flow, freeing up the internal space by placing the conveyance systems (stairs, elevators, etc.) on the outside.
The building is animated by its interior lighting while the dancers and visitors are visible even from the exterior. Bright open rehearsal spaces give a feeling of freedom and openess that is entirely appropriate to dance.

This project deals with the integration of a bank branch into Nafplion, a seaport town situated on a unique natural landscape with a strong architectural character. There are two axes of movement parallel to the axes of the site. At their conjuction, we place the stairs and elevators. These two axes highlight the entrances to the bank. The first axis has the shape of an exserted platform across the street that connects the building with the port, while the other starts from the opposite side of the plot and is developed on two different levels.

The site is oblong and surrounded by housing complexes. The main purpose is to create a group of low buildings that have both indoor and outdoor play areas. Instead of creating one building for all classrooms, smaller buildings are developed for each age group. Every classroom has an independent entrance and a private garden not only to allow safe playing during breaks but also to give the option to teachers for outdoor lessons. The first two-level building houses the offices of the teachers, director and the restaurant. On the second floor, there are two classes for music and painting lessons and a spatious library. On the other boundary of the site, are the gym and its outdoor playground. Between these two buildings, there are six smaller buildings that house the six classes of the primary school, two classes of foreign languages, one labatory and the restrooms. All volumes are placed on an overall grid.
